MEP Coordination
We provide full MEP Coordination Services for all trades; HVAC, Plumbing, Piping, Electrical, and Fire Protection. We utilize Autodesk Fabrication MEP, Revit and NavisWorks. We typically include layout, coordination, penetration drawings, installation drawings, fabrication spools, robotic total station points, as-built documentation and submittal review.
Pre-Construction Services
We will assist your team in preparing preliminary budgets, equipment selection and buyout, design drawing support and construct-ability review.
BIM/VDC Management and Project Management Support
We will design a custom BIM (Building Information Modeling) and/or VDC (Virtual Design and Construction) Execution Plan for your team. We will assign one of our talented professionals to your project to facilitate and act as your representative in the administration of the MEP Coordination Process.
Building Documentation
Whether or not you have 3D models of your existing building, we can provide a solution to improve the quality of your next remodel project. We can accomplish this for you in several different methods. Please ask us about 3D building scans.
